Backstop Memory Vial

The memory vial contains each Tier-One agent’s memories. Following Backstop, a Tier-One agent can only restore their memory through the use of a memory vial. As Bernard explains to Kyle following their retrieval of the X Case from Manticore HQ in NYC, the vial must be pressed into his neck, which will then inject the memory-infused fluid into his bloodstream.
