ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec) and/or Mexico who are the age of majority in the jurisdiction where they live (including age 18 or older in the U.S., except age 19 years of age or older in Alabama Nebraska, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, age 21 years of age or older in Mississippi) at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Upon completing these steps, you will automatically be entered with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. If you do not have an Instagram account, you may create one for free at www.instagram.com. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or social media account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses or any other method will void all of that Entrant’s entries, and that Entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant or participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win.

4. SELECTION OF WINNERS: On or about August 20, 2024 Sponsor will select the names of potential winners of prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by Instagram direct message.

Except where legally prohibited, each potential prize winner must sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (“Winner Release”) in order to claim their prize. Potential winners from Canada and Mexico are also required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind (whether mechanical or otherwise), to be conducted at a mutually-convenient time. If a potential winner cannot be contacted after the first attempt to contact them, fail to sign and return the Winner Release or any other documentation that Sponsor may require within the required time period (if applicable), is unable to claim prize within any time period specified by Sponsor, fails to correctly answer the skill test as required, or is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. If Sponsor is unable to determine and verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings or if they fail to receive a sufficient number of entries to correspond to the number of prize(s) available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to not award any or all of the prize(s).

Verification of Potential Winners: ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

5. PRIZES: There will be five (5) prizes available to be won. Each prize consists of an AGBO prize pack, including an exclusive AGBO trucker hat, AGBO tote bag, AGBO stickers, Doom fan art poster designed by @bosslogic, and postcard signed by @therussobrothers. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $100 USD. Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $500 USD. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein are the responsibility solely of winner. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at their discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, prize winner(s) will be selected in accordance with the winner selection method described above from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available. Prize includes delivery to one residential address in a jurisdiction of eligibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of the prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or those outside of their control. If the fulfilling merchant cancels the order for reasons out of Sponsor’s control, the prize will not be delivered, and no additional compensation will be provided.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements (in any and/or all media) contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct an alternative test of skill to potential winners from Canada and Mexico at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. 9. DISPUTES.

Except where prohibited, you (the Entrant) agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of California or the appropriate State Court located in Los Angeles, CA; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

10. SEVERABILITY: If any term of provision or these Official Rules is found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, then such specific term or provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.

El Contenido no puede incluir música. Si un Contenido enviado incluye a un tercero identificable que no sea el Participante, al enviar el Contenido enviado, el Participante declara y garantiza que ha obtenido el consentimiento de dicha persona para que las Entidades del Concurso utilicen el Contenido enviado. Es posible que se solicite al Participante que proporcione dicho consentimiento por escrito a las Entidades del Concurso. El Patrocinador y sus agencias no son responsables de participaciones perdidas, tardías, incompletas, dañadas, robadas, mal dirigidas o ilegibles; conexiones de red, servidor u otras conexiones perdidas, interrumpidas o no disponibles; o errores de comunicación, fallos informáticos o de software, problemas de transmisión telefónica, fallos técnicos, transmisiones confusas, daños en el equipo informático de un usuario (software o hardware) u otros errores o fallos de funcionamiento de cualquier tipo, ya sean humanos, mecánicos, electrónicos o de otro tipo. La prueba de envío o presentación no se considerará prueba de recepción por parte del Patrocinador. En caso de controversia sobre la identidad de un Participante, el titular autorizado de la cuenta de la dirección de correo electrónico utilizada para participar será considerado el Participante. El "titular autorizado de la cuenta" es la persona física a la que un proveedor de acceso a Internet, un proveedor de servicios en línea, un proveedor de servicios de Internet u otra organización (que puede incluir un empleador) responsable de asignar direcciones de correo electrónico para el dominio asociado a la dirección enviada, asigna una dirección de correo electrónico. Es posible que se solicite al posible ganador que demuestre ser el titular autorizado de la cuenta. Las inscripciones que especifiquen una dirección de correo electrónico no válida, no operativa o inactiva serán descalificadas y no podrán ganar.

4. SELECCIÓN DE GANADORES: El 20 de agosto de 2024, o alrededor de esa fecha, el Patrocinador seleccionará los nombres de los potenciales ganadores de los premios en un Concurso al azar entre todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas. Las probabilidades de ganar se basan en el número de participaciones elegibles recibidas. Los posibles ganadores serán notificados por mensaje directo de Instagram.

Salvo en los casos en que la ley lo prohíba, todos los ganadores potenciales deberán firmar y devolver una Declaración de Elegibilidad, Responsabilidad y Exención de Publicidad ("Exención del Ganador") para poder reclamar su premio. Los ganadores potenciales de Canadá y México también deberán responder correctamente a una pregunta de prueba de habilidad matemática de tiempo limitado, sin ayuda de ningún tipo (ya sea mecánica o de otro tipo), que se realizará en un momento conveniente para ambas partes. Si el Patrocinador no puede determinar y verificar un ganador potencial después de repetidos Concursos alternativos o si no recibe un número suficiente de participaciones que se corresponda con el número de premio(s) disponible(s) para otorgar, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de no otorgar alguno o todos los premios.

Verificación de los posibles ganadores: TODOS LOS GANADORES POTENCIALES ESTÁN SUJETOS A VERIFICACIÓN POR PARTE DEL PATROCINADOR, CUYAS DECISIONES SON DEFINITIVAS Y VINCULANTES EN TODOS LOS ASUNTOS RELACIONADOS CON EL CONCURSO. UN PARTICIPANTE NO ES GANADOR DE NINGÚN PREMIO A MENOS QUE Y HASTA QUE SE HAYA VERIFICADO LA ELEGIBILIDAD DEL PARTICIPANTE Y SE LE HAYA NOTIFICADO QUE LA VERIFICACIÓN SE HA COMPLETADO.

5. PREMIOS: Habrá cinco (5) premios disponibles para ganar. Cada premio consiste en un paquete de premios de AGBO, que incluye una gorra exclusiva de AGBO, una bolsa de AGBO, pegatinas de AGBO, un póster de Doom fan art diseñado por @bosslogic y una postal firmada por @therussobrothers. Valor aproximado de venta ("ARV") de cada premio: 1885 MXN. Valor total de todos los premios: 9425 MXN. Límite de un (1) premio por persona y hogar.

RESTRICCIONES DEL PREMIO: Todos y cada uno de los impuestos federales, estatales y locales aplicables, así como todas las tasas y gastos relacionados con la aceptación y el uso del premio que no se indiquen específicamente en el presente, son responsabilidad exclusiva del ganador. El premio no puede sustituirse, asignarse, transferirse ni canjearse por dinero en efectivo; no obstante, el Patrocinador se reserva el derecho a realizar sustituciones equivalentes del premio a su discreción. El Patrocinador no reemplazará ningún premio perdido o robado. El premio no puede utilizarse junto con ninguna otra promoción u oferta. Sólo se podrá ganar en el Concurso el número de premios indicado en estas Reglas Oficiales. Si, debido a un error de impresión o de otro tipo, se reclama un número de premios superior al establecido en estas Reglas Oficiales, se seleccionará al ganador o ganadores del premio de acuerdo con el método de selección de ganadores descrito anteriormente entre todos los solicitantes que cumplan los requisitos y presenten reclamaciones supuestamente válidas para otorgar el número anunciado de premios disponibles. El premio incluye la entrega en una dirección residencial de una jurisdicción elegible. El Patrocinador no se hace responsable de ningún retraso o cancelación de la entrega del premio debido a circunstancias imprevistas o ajenas a su control. CONDICIONES GENERALES: La participación en el Concurso constituye el acuerdo total e incondicional del Participante con estas Reglas Oficiales y con las decisiones del Patrocinador, que son definitivas y vinculantes en todos los asuntos relacionados con el Concurso. En caso de que exista una discrepancia o incoherencia entre las divulgaciones u otras declaraciones (en cualquier y/o todos los medios) contenidas en cualquier material del Concurso y los términos y condiciones de las Reglas Oficiales, prevalecerán, regirán y controlarán las Reglas Oficiales. ADVERTENCIA: CUALQUIER INTENTO POR PARTE DE UN PARTICIPANTE O DE CUALQUIER OTRA PERSONA DE DAÑAR DELIBERADAMENTE CUALQUIER SITIO WEB ASOCIADO A ESTE CONCURSO O DE SOCAVAR EL FUNCIONAMIENTO LEGÍTIMO DEL CONCURSO PUEDE CONSTITUIR UNA INFRACCIÓN DE LA LEGISLACIÓN PENAL Y CIVIL Y, EN CASO DE QUE SE PRODUZCA DICHO INTENTO, EL PATROCINADOR SE RESERVA EL DERECHO DE PROCESAR Y RECLAMAR DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS A DICHA PERSONA EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho a descalificar a cualquier persona que considere que intenta alterar o socavar el proceso de participación, cualquier sitio web asociado con el Concurso y/o el funcionamiento legítimo del Concurso; violar las Reglas Oficiales; o actuar de forma antideportiva o perjudicial o con la intención de molestar, abusar, amenazar o acosar a cualquier otra persona. El hecho de que el Patrocinador no haga cumplir cualquier término de estas Reglas Oficiales no constituirá una renuncia a dicha disposición.

El Patrocinador y sus agentes no son responsables de (1) cualquier información incorrecta o inexacta, ya sea causada por los Participantes, errores de impresión o por cualquiera de los equipos o programación asociados o utilizados en el Concurso; (2) fallos técnicos de cualquier tipo, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, mal funcionamiento, interrupciones o desconexiones en las líneas telefónicas o hardware o software de red; (3) intervención humana no autorizada en cualquier parte del proceso de participación o del Concurso; (4) error técnico o humano que pueda producirse en la administración del Concurso o en el procesamiento de las participaciones; o (5) cualquier lesión o daño a personas o bienes que pueda ser causado, directa o indirectamente, en su totalidad o en parte, por la participación del Participante en el Concurso o la recepción o uso o mal uso de cualquier premio. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho de cancelar, suspender y/o modificar el Concurso, o cualquier parte del mismo, si cualquier fraude, fallo técnico o cualquier factor más allá del control razonable del Patrocinador perjudica la integridad o el correcto funcionamiento del Concurso, según determine el Patrocinador. Si, por cualquier motivo, el Concurso no pudiera llevarse a cabo según lo previsto, el Patrocinador podrá descalificar las participaciones sospechosas y (a) suspender el Concurso y modificarlo para solucionar el problema, reanudando a continuación el Concurso de la forma que mejor se ajuste al espíritu de estas Reglas Oficiales; y/o (b) dar por finalizado el Concurso y otorgar el premio al azar entre las participaciones elegibles y no sospechosas recibidas hasta el momento del impedimento.

LAS PARTES EXONERADAS NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES SI ESTE CONCURSO NO PUEDE ADMINISTRARSE O LLEVARSE A CABO O SI CUALQUIER PREMIO NO PUEDE CONCEDERSE DEBIDO A CANCELACIONES, RETRASOS O INTERRUPCIONES QUE RESULTEN O SURJAN DE CASOS FORTUITOS, GUERRA O TERRORISMO, DISTURBIOS CIVILES, HUELGAS, ESCASEZ DE SUMINISTROS, DESASTRES NATURALES, CONDICIONES METEOROLÓGICAS, PANDEMIAS, EPIDEMIAS, ENFERMEDADES GENERALIZADAS, CUMPLIMIENTO DE CUALQUIER LEY U ORDEN DE UNA AUTORIDAD GUBERNAMENTAL, O CUALQUIER OTRO ACTO, ACONTECIMIENTO O SUCESO SIMILAR FUERA DEL CONTROL RAZONABLE DEL PATROCINADOR. AL PARTICIPAR EN ESTE CONCURSO, EL PARTICIPANTE ACEPTA QUE LAS PARTES LIBERADAS NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES DE NINGUNA LESIÓN, DAÑO O PÉRDIDA DE NINGÚN TIPO, INCLUIDOS DAÑOS DIRECTOS, INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, CONSECUENTES O PUNITIVOS A PERSONAS, INCLUIDA LA MUERTE, O A LA PROPIEDAD QUE SURJAN DEL ACCESO Y USO DE CUALQUIER SITIO WEB ASOCIADO CON ESTE CONCURSO O DE LA DESCARGA Y/O IMPRESIÓN DE MATERIAL DESCARGADO DE DICHO SITIO.

PUBLICIDAD Y CESIÓN DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL: EXCEPTO DONDE LO PROHÍBA LA LEY, LA PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL CONCURSO CONSTITUYE EL PERMISO Y LA CONCESIÓN DEL GANADOR AL PATROCINADOR (CUYA CONCESIÓN SE CONFIRMARÁ POR ESCRITO A PETICIÓN DEL PATROCINADOR) Y A SUS DESIGNADOS DEL DERECHO Y EL PERMISO PARA IMPRIMIR, PUBLICAR, DIFUNDIR Y UTILIZAR, EN TODO EL MUNDO EN CUALQUIER MEDIO CONOCIDO O DESARROLLADO EN LO SUCESIVO, INCLUYENDO, PERO NO LIMITADO A, LA WORLD WIDE WEB, EN CUALQUIER MOMENTO O MOMENTOS, LA PARTICIPACIÓN DEL GANADOR, SU NOMBRE, RETRATO, FOTO, VOZ, IMAGEN, OPINIONES E INFORMACIÓN BIOGRÁFICA (INCLUYENDO, A TÍTULO MERAMENTE ENUNCIATIVO Y NO LIMITATIVO, CIUDAD DE ORIGEN Y ESTADO), INFORMACIÓN SOBRE EL PREMIO, CITAS ATRIBUIBLES AL GANADOR Y CUALESQUIERA OTROS ELEMENTOS DE LA PERSONALIDAD DEL PARTICIPANTE CON FINES PUBLICITARIOS, COMERCIALES Y PROMOCIONALES (INCLUIDO EL ANUNCIO DE SU NOMBRE EN EMISIONES DE RADIO O TELEVISIÓN) SIN CONTRAPRESTACIÓN ADICIONAL, COMPENSACIÓN, PERMISO O NOTIFICACIÓN, INCLUSO EN UNA LISTA QUE SERÁ UTILIZADA POR EL PATROCINADOR Y SUS DESIGNADOS Y SOCIOS PARA REORIENTAR A LOS PARTICIPANTES A TRAVÉS DEL CORREO ELECTRÓNICO O DE CUALQUIER APLICACIÓN DEL PATROCINADOR, A MENOS QUE LO PROHÍBA LA LEY.

AL ENVIAR UNA PARTICIPACIÓN, EL PARTICIPANTE ACEPTA QUE DICHA PARTICIPACIÓN, COMUNICACIONES O ENVÍOS, SUGERENCIAS CREATIVAS, IDEAS, NOTAS, CONCEPTOS U OTROS MATERIALES ("ENVÍOS") QUE EL PARTICIPANTE PUEDA ENVIAR AL PATROCINADOR O PUBLICAR EN LÍNEA O EN LAS REDES SOCIALES EN RELACIÓN CON ESTE CONCURSO, INCLUIDOS TODOS LOS DERECHOS INCORPORADOS EN LOS MISMOS, YA SE ENVÍEN A TRAVÉS DEL SITIO WEB O POR CORREO ELECTRÓNICO O POR CUALQUIER OTRO MEDIO, CON LA EXCEPCIÓN DE LA INFORMACIÓN DE IDENTIFICACIÓN PERSONAL IDENTIFICADA EN LA POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD DEL PATROCINADOR, SE CONSIDERARÁN NO CONFIDENCIALES Y SIN DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD Y EL PATROCINADOR NO TENDRÁ OBLIGACIÓN DE NINGÚN TIPO CON RESPECTO A DICHOS ENVÍOS. EL PATROCINADOR SERÁ LIBRE DE EDITAR, EXPLOTAR, MODIFICAR, PUBLICAR, REPRODUCIR, UTILIZAR, DIVULGAR, DIFUNDIR Y DISTRIBUIR LOS ENVÍOS A TERCEROS SIN LIMITACIÓN ALGUNA EN CUALQUIER MEDIO DE COMUNICACIÓN CONOCIDO O POR CONOCER, EN TODO EL MUNDO Y A PERPETUIDAD, CON CUALQUIER FIN, SIN COMPENSACIÓN, PERMISO O NOTIFICACIÓN AL PARTICIPANTE O A TERCEROS. POR LA PRESENTE, EL PARTICIPANTE CONCEDE AL PATROCINADOR Y A SUS REPRESENTANTES LEGALES, SUCESORES Y CESIONARIOS, UNA LICENCIA IRREVOCABLE Y MUNDIAL PARA UTILIZAR A PERPETUIDAD LOS ENVÍOS EN CUALQUIER FORMA O FORMATO Y PARA MODIFICARLOS, Y RECONOCE Y ACEPTA QUE SI EL PATROCINADOR UTILIZA LOS ENVÍOS, EL PARTICIPANTE NO TENDRÁ DERECHO A NINGÚN CRÉDITO, CONTRAPRESTACIÓN, NOTIFICACIÓN O PAGO DE NINGÚN TIPO. EL PARTICIPANTE RENUNCIA A CUALQUIER DERECHO MORAL QUE PUEDA TENER SOBRE LOS ENVÍOS Y ACEPTA QUE SI EL PATROCINADOR DECIDE UTILIZAR LOS ENVÍOS PARA CUALQUIER FIN, TODOS LOS DERECHOS DE AUTOR U OTROS DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL QUE PUEDAN DERIVARSE DE LOS RELACIONADOS CON LOS ENVÍOS DEL PARTICIPANTE O DEL USO DE LOS MISMOS POR PARTE DEL PATROCINADOR SERÁN PROPIEDAD EXCLUSIVA DEL PATROCINADOR. EL CONCURSANTE ACEPTA ADEMÁS QUE, SI EL PATROCINADOR OPTA POR UTILIZAR LOS ENVÍOS DEL CONCURSANTE, EL CONCURSANTE FIRMARÁ TODOS LOS DOCUMENTOS SOLICITADOS POR EL PATROCINADOR EN RELACIÓN CON ESTA CESIÓN. SI CUALQUIER USO DE LOS ENVÍOS POR PARTE DEL PATROCINADOR LE HACE RESPONSABLE ANTE TERCEROS, EL PARTICIPANTE ACEPTA INDEMNIZAR AL PATROCINADOR Y A SUS AGENTES, EMPLEADOS, FILIALES, SUBSIDIARIAS, REPRESENTANTES Y TODAS LAS PARTES RELACIONADAS POR TODOS LOS DAÑOS, COSTES, SENTENCIAS Y GASTOS (INCLUIDOS LOS HONORARIOS RAZONABLES DE ABOGADOS) EN LOS QUE INCURRA COMO RESULTADO DEL USO DE LOS ENVÍOS.

SIN PERJUICIO DE LO ANTERIOR, Y A EXCEPCIÓN DE LAS GARANTÍAS DEL FABRICANTE QUE PUEDAN PROPORCIONARSE CON LOS PREMIOS INDIVIDUALES, TODO LO RELACIONADO CON ESTE CONCURSO, INCLUIDO CADA SITIO WEB ASOCIADO A ESTE CONCURSO Y TODOS LOS PREMIOS, SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL", SIN GARANTÍA DE NINGÚN TIPO, YA SEA EXPRESA O IMPLÍCITA, INCLUIDAS, ENTRE OTRAS, LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN DETERMINADO O NO INFRACCIÓN. ALGUNAS JURISDICCIONES PUEDEN NO PERMITIR LAS LIMITACIONES O EXCLUSIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD POR DAÑOS INCIDENTALES O CONSECUENTES O LA EXCLUSIÓN DE GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS, POR LO QUE ALGUNAS DE LAS LIMITACIONES O EXCLUSIONES ANTERIORES PUEDEN NO SER APLICABLES. CONSULTE LA LEGISLACIÓN LOCAL PARA CONOCER LAS RESTRICCIONES O LIMITACIONES RELATIVAS A ESTAS LIMITACIONES O EXCLUSIONES.

9. CONTROVERSIAS. Excepto donde esté prohibido, usted (el Participante) acepta que: (1) todas y cada una de las disputas, reclamaciones y causas de acción que surjan o estén relacionadas con este Concurso o con cualquier premio concedido se resolverán individualmente, sin recurrir a ninguna forma de acción colectiva, y exclusivamente por el Tribunal de Distrito de los Estados Unidos para el Distrito Central de California o el Tribunal Estatal correspondiente ubicado en Los Ángeles, CA; (2) todas y cada una de las reclamaciones, sentencias y premios se limitarán a los gastos reales en los que se haya incurrido, pero en ningún caso a los honorarios de los abogados; y (3) bajo ninguna circunstancia se le permitirá obtener premios por, y por la presente renuncia a todos los derechos a reclamar, daños indirectos, punitivos, incidentales y consecuentes y cualquier otro daño, que no sean los gastos reales en los que se haya incurrido, y a todos y cada uno de los derechos a que los daños se multipliquen o aumenten de otro modo. Los Participantes aceptan que el Patrocinador y sus agentes, filiales, subsidiarias, representantes o proveedores de servicios puedan utilizar la información personal de los Participantes enviada con la inscripción para fines de cumplimiento del premio y/o para marketing futuro por parte del Patrocinador, como notificarles sobre un producto o promoción que el Patrocinador considere que pueda ser de su interés.
