You asked. We Answered. Last month we asked you to submit questions you had for Joe and Anthony. Here are their answers!

What’s a film you’d erase from memory just to watch it again for the first time?

@21xfour

"If I could wipe my memory and rewatch any film, it would probably be 'Once Upon a Time in the West.' To this day, it’s the one film that has made me cry."

– Joe

“Rather than just one film, I’d want to erase my memories of how film technology has evolved. Picture watching Flash Gordon as a kid, completely mesmerized by the special effects of its time. If I could experience that same thrill and fun again, it would be like rediscovering the magic of movies all over.”

– Anthony

When/how did you realize there was another chapter for you as creatives at Marvel?

@kylesilverio

“We put all of our passion and love and imagination that we had into the Winter Soldier, Civil War, Infinity War, climaxing it all with Endgame. But in the time since we began to feel that there was - perhaps - one story where we could - possibly - find a road forward. That story was the first comic run we read as kids and ignited our love for comic books. That story was Secret Wars. It feels like the right story at the right time, and we couldn’t be happier to work with our Marvel family again!”

Can I be a doombot in the film!?

@claylaceyfilms

“Doombot…??”

How will you decide what Easter eggs to include in the new Avenger films?

@andrewfreund

“To our knowledge we’ve never shot a multi-colored hard-boiled egg in any of our movies…”

What is the ideal time length for doing a MCU movie? Like how many months does it take?

@kalebsperry

"Generally, an MCU film takes a couple of years from initial concept to final cut."

How does the success of Endgame affect how you approach the next film?

@ohmg_itssteve

“The success of Endgame was a surprise and a thrill. But we approach each of these movies in the same way, we’re trying to surprise, excite, and challenge ourselves. In doing so, we hope we can do the same for audiences.”

I’m writing and directing my first short film. On my 4th draft, any wisdom to guide me?

@samuelrjhanke

“It’s hard to know when a script is ready, but only you will know…”

How do I get a start as a director ? I’m a huge fan of your work!

@m_serra827

“In order to become a good carpenter, you’ve got to make a lot of tables. That’s the same with directing, to become a good storyteller, you’ve got to tell a lot of stories. Get out there and start creating!”

Can we look forward to another iconic Joe Russo cameo?

@tommyisfilming

“Always…”
