Suzanne Brewer is the outspoken second-in-command to Denny Carmichael. She’s not afraid to question Carmichael’s command, but she’s nevertheless loyal to the mission at hand. She despises Lloyd Hansen and from the beginning, is skeptical about using him and his questionable tactics in order to track down Six. Her instinct is confirmed following Hansen’s abject failure in terms of apprehending Six and retrieving the hard drive. By the end of The Gray Man, Brewer strategically grabs hold of the opportunity to neutralize Hansen and exploit Six for her own nefarious purposes.
