Dulin is one of Donald Fitzroy’s on-call mercs. Following Fitzroy’s call with Six after the sideways Bangkok mission, Fitzroy taps Dulin and his merc team to coordinate Six’s exfil from Thailand. On the airfield in Chiang Mai, Dulin greets Six with his trademark snark and subsequently refuses to shake Six’s hand. Later on the flights, Dulin receives a call from Fitzroy to terminate Six. Dulin along with the rest of the merc team move to carry out their new orders, but Six, ever anticipating the worst, expertly dispenses with Dulin and the other mercs.
