Donald Fitzroy is the consummate company man. He’s a CIA veteran, having risen to the rank of CIA Operation Chief before getting pushed out of the agency by Denny Carmichael. Fitzroy is the brainchild behind the top-secret Sierra Program, personally recruiting the agents out of prisons. Not much is known about where Fitzroy is from or how he came to be involved in the CIA, but suffice it to say, he was an effective operator within the agency. He has a father-like relationship with Six and his niece Claire. Although stoic until the end, it’s clear how much he loved and cared for Six and Claire.
